How do I reset my training plan?
Open Settings → Plan → Adjust My Plan. You can change your goal, race date, schedule, or fitness level and Coach Ben will rebuild your weeks around the new inputs.
My Apple Watch run didn’t sync to Stride
Make sure HealthKit permissions are granted (Settings → Privacy → Health → Stride). Most users see the run appear in Stride within a few seconds of opening the app after their watch run finishes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Stride. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions.
I want my data deleted
Email us from your account address with the subject “Delete my account” and we’ll remove your personal data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
